ADVANCED TURKISH HAIR TRANSPLANT CERTIFICATION
The Advanced Turkish Hair Transplant Certification is specifically designed for doctors aspiring to specialize in hair transplantation procedures. Its main focus is to provide comprehensive material and ample opportunities for doctors to practice throughout the course.
This course is particularly beneficial for medical professionals who wish to gain in-depth knowledge about various hair transplantation methods and participate in a workshop where they can practice one-on-one with hair transplant surgeries.
By the end of the training programs, doctors and medical staff will acquire knowledge and proficiency in areas such as hair restoration, Exosome treatment, and hair transplant techniques.
THEORETICAL PORTION
Anatomy:
We will focus on the anatomy of the scalp and hair follicles. Participants will learn about the structure, growth cycle, and distribution of hair follicles, as well as the relevant blood supply and innervation.
Physiology:
Topics covered will include the factors influencing hair growth, the role of hormones, and the impact of various medical conditions on hair loss.
Patient Evaluation:
Participants will learn how to assess the patient’s suitability for the procedure, considering factors such as age, extent of hair loss, donor area quality, and realistic expectations. Evaluation techniques, including scalp analysis and assessing hair density, will also be covered.
Presentation of the Medical Team and Hair Transplant:
Participants will learn about the different members of the team, including the surgeon, technicians, and nurses, and understand their responsibilities during the procedure. Emphasis will be placed on effective communication and coordination to ensure smooth surgical operations.
Preparation for the HairTransplant Surgery
Participants will learn about pre-operative protocols, patient preparation, and the importance of obtaining informed consent. Topics such as marking the recipient area, preparing the donor area, and administering local anesthesia will also be covered in detail.
Extraction of the Grafts
This module delves into the techniques and methods involved in graft extraction. Participants will learn about different approaches, including follicular unit extraction (FUE) and strip harvesting. The module will cover proper graft extraction, preservation, and counting techniques to maximize graft viability and minimize donor site morbidity.
Implantation of the Grafts:
Doctors will explore the art of graft implantation. Topics include understanding recipient site creation, graft placement, and angulation considerations. Participants will learn how to achieve natural-looking results by implementing proper density and distribution of grafts. Various implantation techniques, such as Choi implanter pen and forceps, will be discussed.
Post Hair Transplant Care:
Participants will learn about patient education regarding post-surgical instructions, wound care, medication management, and handling potential complications.
Post-implant regenerative therapy with exosomes:
In the module we will discuss the characteristics and definitions of exosomes and their benefits in tissue regeneration. We will also discuss manufacturing techniques such as quality control and validation to help doctors choose the best therapeutic options. Treatment protocols in hair transplantation, clinical frameworks and product preparation and application.
