ICSI (Microinjection) is the technique of choice to ensure that sperms reach the eggs and fertilize them. Every single egg is inoculated with a sperm so that sperm DNA reaches inside the egg unimpeded.
Fertilized eggs (now referred to as embryos) are grown inside appropriate sustenance media for 3 to 5 days.
Fully developed embryo(s) are transferred
into mother`s womb via a painless procedure. transferring the embryo(s) –
1 or 2 fertilised eggs (embryos) are placed into your womb
Once the embryo(s) has been transferred into your womb, you’ll need to wait 2 weeks before taking a pregnancy test to see if the treatment has worked.
